# Refunds

If a license does not do what the app page described, write to us. There is no automatic money-back guarantee: we read every request and handle it case by case.

## How to ask

Email harishganapathi@sevenhillshq.com with the subject Refund, the app name, the order number, and the email Lemon Squeezy used. Say what went wrong in a sentence or two.

There is no fixed refund window. Each request is handled case by case, and Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, applies its own buyer policy to any refund we approve.

## Who moves the money

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. If we approve a refund, they process it back to the original payment method. We do not store your card.

A refunded license stops being a license. Do not keep using a key after a refund is completed.

## What we need to see

If the issue is that the app did not match its page — no preview, audio that left the Mac for transcription, an answer with no citation — say that. Those are the behaviors the product pages commit to. A change of mind is still something you can write about. We will answer either way.
